About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Universidad de la República, Uruguay) and Psychotherapist, with postgraduate clinical qualifications from CEIPFO and FUPSI.

My clinical approach combines a flexible psychodynamic foundation with selected cognitive-behavioral tools. I work within focused, time-limited processes and clearly defined therapeutic goals, adapting the therapeutic frame to each individual and their life stage.

I specialize in grief, life crises, and functional depression, and I have extensive experience providing international psychological care. For several years, I have worked with patients living in different countries, often supporting them through cultural adjustments, personal transitions, loss, and complex life trajectories.

All sessions are conducted online, in English or Spanish.
