About Me

I am a Licensed Psychologist (Universidad de la República, Uruguay) and Psychotherapist, with postgraduate clinical qualifications from CEIPFO and FUPSI.

My clinical approach combines a flexible psychodynamic foundation with selected cognitive-behavioral tools, helping clients achieve meaningful change through a goal-oriented, evidence-based approach.I specialize in grief, later-life transitions, and emotional distress related to major life adjustments, and I have extensive experience providing international online psychotherapy.For several years, I have worked with older adults and family caregivers, supporting them through loss, role changes, caregiving stress, and other complex life experiences.

All sessions are conducted online, in English or Spanish.

While all sessions are protected by professional confidentiality and ethical standards, patients acknowledge that the use of a third-party platform involves data processing according to the platform’s privacy policies.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To maintain the therapeutic framework, organization of the schedule, and mutual commitment, the following administrative guidelines apply:*1. Session Fee and PaymentThe fee for an individual session is USD 75. Payment is made per session in advance via PayPal (credit or debit card) to confirm the scheduled time.2. Scope of PaymentPayment secures the reserved time slot and supports the continuity of the therapeutic process. Fees cannot be credited to future sessions except in cases of prior agreement between the patient and the therapist.3. Cancellations and ReschedulingCancellations or requests to reschedule can be made without charge if communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, will be considered as attended sessions, and the fee will be charged for the time reserved.4. Punctuality and Waiting TimeA maximum waiting time of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time is allowed. If the patient has not connected by then, the session will be considered canceled and the fee will be charged for the reserved time.If the patient joins late within the waiting period, the session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the schedule and commitments with other patients.5. Fee AdjustmentsProfessional fees may be periodically reviewed. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.6. General ConsiderationsThis policy is part of the therapeutic framework and aligns with the Informed Consent for Online Psychotherapy. Booking and attending a session implies acceptance of the conditions outlined above.
